NV general contractor license

Nevada has many different licenses. We cover the B - General BuildingB-2 Residential Small Commercial licenses. The NASCLA exam can be taken instead of the B or B-2 exam to cover the trades exam requirement for either license.

The B - General Building license can do commercial and residential work, while the B-2 Residential Small Commercial license can do small commercial and residential work. Small commercial work limits commercial projects to no more than 3 stories above the ground and 1 story below the ground.

In Nevada, a license is required for any job over $500.
