Arizona B-1 Commercial, B-2 Small Commercial and KB-1 & 2 State Requirements & Application

Must have verifiable experience in the applicable trade classification.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must demonstrate financial responsibility and meet minimum bonding requirements. Applicants may need to submit a bond or other proof of financial stability.
Must provide evidence of Workers' Compensation insurance as required by Arizona law.

Arizona B-1 Commercial, B-2 Small Commercial and KB-1 & 2 Reciprocity

Arizona has limited reciprocity agreements with other states. Check with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for specific details and requirements.

Arizona B-1 Commercial, B-2 Small Commercial and KB-1 & 2 Permitted Work

Contractors with these classifications are permitted to perform construction, remodeling, and repair work as outlined under Arizona licensing regulations.

B-1 and B-2 Contractors can perform only Commercial Work.

KB-1 and KB-2 License are Dual Contracting License that permit both Residential and Commercial Building.

KB-1 is for Full Commercial and Residential. KB-2 is Residential and Small Commercial
