    Arizona B-1 Commercial, B-2 Small Commercial and KB-1 & 2 State Requirements & Application

    • Must have verifiable experience in the applicable trade classification.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Must demonstrate financial responsibility and meet minimum bonding requirements. Applicants may need to submit a bond or other proof of financial stability.
    • Must provide evidence of Workers' Compensation insurance as required by Arizona law.

    Arizona B-1 Commercial, B-2 Small Commercial and KB-1 & 2 Reciprocity

    Arizona has limited reciprocity agreements with other states. Check with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for specific details and requirements.

    Arizona B-1 Commercial, B-2 Small Commercial and KB-1 & 2 Permitted Work

    Contractors with these classifications are permitted to perform construction, remodeling, and repair work as outlined under Arizona licensing regulations.

    B-1 and B-2 Contractors can perform only Commercial Work.

    KB-1 and KB-2 License are Dual Contracting License that permit both Residential and Commercial Building.

    KB-1 is for Full Commercial and Residential. KB-2 is Residential and Small Commercial
